Return Policy

We want you to love your TidyNest products. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

30-day returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@tidynest.co. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.
