How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. We work with trusted suppliers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You'll receive a tracking number within 2–3 days of ordering.

Do your products require drilling or permanent installation?
Most of our products are designed specifically for renters — no drilling, no damage. Each product page clearly notes the installation method.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all items. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us at hello@tidynest.co and we'll make it right.

Are your products apartment-safe?
Yes. We specifically source products that use adhesive strips, tension mounting, or freestanding designs — no permanent fixtures.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status at any time on our website.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days at hello@tidynest.co with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
